LEE BARNES
Lee Barnes has over 20 years of experience in the software quality assurance and testing field. He has successfully implemented test automation and performance testing solutions in hundreds of environments across a wide array of industries. He is a recognized thought leader in his field and speaks regularly on related topics. As Founder and CTO of Utopia Solutions, Lee is responsible for the firm’s delivery of software quality solutions which include process improvement, performance management, test automation, and mobile quality.
Lee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
DENNIS MALLEY
Dennis offers a rare blend of innovative insight combined with precise operational strength. An accomplished corporate strategist and leader, his vision and expertise in business performance have driven significant enterprise growth. A speaker, presenter, panelist and part-time columnist, Dennis is noted for his unique knowledge of operations and market penetration.
Prior to founding Position 2 Process, Ltd., Dennis was a key executive and advisor responsible for developing and executing on growth strategies.
Dennis holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from the Universtiy of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth. Dennis also holds a B.S. in Organizational Behavior from Almeda College. Dennis is certified in assessment implementation through MRG, Profiles International and is a Professional Member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
TOM CAPREL
Over the past 14 years, Tom has been working with companies to transform their business and create breakthrough results. Previously, Tom founded and ran two successful technology firms of which he continues to serve as a board member.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University.
MARK FITZGERALD
Mark possesses over 30 years of solid marketing, sales and business management experience. He has directed the marketing and sales initiatives for several technology companies including a computer graphics division of General Electric and IT Lighthouse, an IT consulting firm specializing in supporting the infrastructures of small to midsize business.
Under his tenure as President and Managing Partner of Lighthouse LTD.; a Chicago-based Marketing Communications agency serving the Fortune 500, Fitzgerald grew the company from a small regional agency to a nationally known firm that was purchased by Caribiner Communications, a New York Stock Exchange company. Mark is responsible for refining and implementing the company’s strategic marketing plan.
Mark holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
