    Great series of videos. It is like you have taken the essence of so many conversations I have had with colleagues and customers over the years and boiled them down into 2 minute videos.
    It is a personal pet peeve of mine as well when I see questions like the one you mention in your video. These ‘consultants’ make like tough on those who are trying to ask and find answers to the right questions. Which, of course, takes time and effort.
